Quick Trade-In Guide
Trade-ins stay within their own product family:
Cross-trade between product families is not possible.
New Device = the Mantis product included in your order.
Old Device = the trade-in Mantis product you are sending back.
How It Works!
1. Order your New Device on Mantisx.com.
2. Fill out and print the Trade-In form.
3. Send your Old Device and Trade-In form to the address listed on the form.
4. Email us the tracking information.
5. Wait a few business days for processing after delivery.
6. The rebate will be applied to the original payment method used for the New Device order.
7. Receive a confirmation email once the rebate is processed.
Product Families Eligible for Trade-In
MantisX Shooting Performance System: Trade-in form
Mantis Blackbeard: Trade-in form
Old Device (to trade in)
Old Devices are Mantis items eligible for the trade-in program, limited to purchases from Mantisx.com or official Mantis dealers.
New Device (to purchase)
New Devices are Mantis items bought from Mantisx.com that qualify for a rebate when traded in with an Old Device. Products purchased elsewhere are not eligible. New Devices must belong to the same product family (e.g., MantisX Shooting Performance System, Mantis Blackbeard) and have a higher MSRP than the Old Device.
The Process
Place your New Device order on Mantisx.com and receive an email with your order number. Use this number to complete the trade-in form (found at the top of this page). Mail the form and Old Device to the address provided, then email us the tracking information. The Old Device must be postmarked within 45 days of the New Device order date.
Once Mantis receives the form and Old Device, we’ll issue a rebate to the original payment method used for the New Device order. You’ll get a confirmation email when the rebate is processed. Funds typically appear in 2-3 business days, though some financial institutions may take longer. Mantis can’t control delays beyond initiating the rebate. Contact your financial institution with any questions about fund availability.
