Quick Trade-In Guide
Trade-ins stay within their own product family:
Cross-trade between product families is not possible.
New Device = the new Mantis product you are purchasing.
Trade-In Device = the old Mantis product you are sending back.
How It Works!
1. Order your Mantis upgrade from Mantisx.com.
2. Fill out and print the Trade-In form.
3. Send your Trade-In Device and form to Oswego, IL.
4. Email us the tracking details.
5. Wait a few business days for processing after delivery.
6. Get your rebate on the original payment card.
7. Receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Trade-In Device (to trade in)
Trade-In Devices are Mantis items eligible for the trade-in program, limited to purchases from Mantisx.com or official Mantis dealers.
New Device (to purchase)
New Devices are Mantis items bought from mantisx.com that qualify for a rebate when traded in with a Trade-In Device. Products purchased elsewhere are not eligible. New Devices must belong to the same product family (e.g., Shooting Performance System, Blackbeard) and have a higher MSRP than the Trade-In Device.
The Process
Buy an New Device on Mantisx.com and receive an email with your order number. Use this number to complete the trade-in form (found at the top of this page). Mail the form and Trade-In Device to the address provided, then email us the tracking info. The Trade-In Device must be post-marked within 45 days of your New Device purchase.
Once Mantis receives the form and Trade-In Device, we’ll issue a rebate to the original payment method from your Mantisx.com order. You’ll get a confirmation email when the rebate is processed. Funds typically appear in 2-3 business days, though some financial institutions may take longer. Mantis can’t control delays beyond initiating the rebate—contact your bank with any questions about fund availability.
