Trade-in Program

Take your training to the next level with the Mantis Trade-In program.

How It Works!

1. Order the Mantis upgrade product from Mantisx.com.
2. Print and complete the Trade-In form.
3. Ship the qualifying trade-in product and form to Oswego, IL.
4. Email us the tracking information.
5. Once delivered, allow a few business days for processing.
6. The rebate will be issued to the card used for your purchase.
7. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Qualifying Product (to trade in)

Qualifying Products are those Mantis products which can be sent to Mantis in order to qualify for the trade-in program. Mantis products purchased from Mantisx.com and official Mantis dealers are accepted as Qualifying Product.

  • Mantis Shooting Performance System Sensors (X, X2, X3, X7, X8, and X10)
  • Blackbeard Magazine Powerbank (original “20 round” sized magazine)

Eligible Product (to purchase)

Eligible Products are those Mantis products which are purchased via mantisx.com in order to receive a rebate when a Qualifying product is sent in for trade-in.

Products purchased outside of mantisx.com cannot qualify as an Eligible Product.

Eligible Products are limited to the same product family (i.e., Shooting Performance system, Blackbeard, etc.) and are limited to products at a higher MSRP than the Qualifying Product.

  • Mantis Shooting Performance System Sensors (X3, X8, X10, TOR-X)
  • BlackbeardX kit (BCG and Powerbank magazine with integrated MantisX sensor)
  • BlackbeardX Magazine Powerbank (“30 round” sized magazine with integrated MantisX sensor)

The Process

Purchase a new Eligible Product via Mantisx.com. You’ll receive an email with your Mantis order number. Use this order number to fill out the appropriate trade-in form (listed at the beginning of this page). Mail the completed trade-in form along with the Qualifying Product to the address provided on the trade-in form and email us the tracking information. The Qualifying Product must be received within 45 calendar days of the Eligible Product purchase date.

Once Mantis receives the completed trade-in form and the Mantis Qualifying Product, a rebate in the form of a refund will be issued to the payment method used in the mantisx.com order specified on the trade-in form.

Once the rebate has been issued, you’ll receive a new email confirmation. Funds may take 2-3 business days in most cases. In rare cases, a rebate may require additional time as dictated by your financial institution. Beyond initiating the rebate, Mantis has no control over the time frame required for the funds to become available to you. Please contact the financial institution of your method of payment if there are any questions regarding the requirements and timelines for the availability of funds which have been refunded.

Limitations

  • Qualifying Products purchased from Mantisx.com or official Mantis dealers are accepted for trade-in.
  • Qualifying Product and Eligible Product must be from the same product family for a given trade-in.
  • Trade-in rebate is available for new orders placed via MantisX.com only (the Eligible Product).
  • One Qualifying Product per Eligible Product. Trade-in rebates cannot be combined.
  • Must trade up. The Eligible Product must have a higher MSRP than the Qualifying Product.
  • The Qualifying Product must be received within 45 calendar days of the date of purchase listed on the invoice for the Eligible Product purchase.
