Return Policy
For purchases made via MantisX.com or by phone with a Mantis representative:
MantisX, Blackbeard/BlackbeardX, and Laser Academy purchased directly from MantisX come with a 45-day money-back guarantee, excluding shipping fees. For purchases made between November 1 and December 15, returns are accepted until January 14 to accommodate holiday gift-giving with peace of mind. For all other products you have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it based on the tracking information (in cases where tracking is not available, the order date will be used). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and RMA required. Please contact support@mantisx.com to request an RMA number.
Return shipping method and charges are at the customer's discretion.
Restocking Fee Notice
Domestic returns are not subject to a restocking fee. However, international orders and orders shipped domestically for freight forwarding are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order is rejected upon delivery or returned.
For all purchases made outside of MantisX.com (authorized Mantis dealers, Amazon.com, eBay.com, etc.):
Returns must be made to the seller and are subject to the return policy of the seller.
