ADD-ON ORDERS: Orders are entered upon receipt, consequently, add-on orders may not be applied against an order already placed, but will be considered a new order.
MINIMUM ORDER: There is a minimum order value of $500.00.
SHIPPING: Shipping is free on orders to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International destinations will be quoted. We will ship ground service with a preferred carrier. Air shipment quotes are available. NOTE: There is a 3% Customs and Handling Fee on International Orders (including Canada).
PRICING: Items may not be sold for less than published IMAP prices. Those in violation will immediately be removed as a dealer.
PAYMENT TERMS: Major credit cards, Wire transfer, Cashiers checks, Money orders and Personal checks are accepted. Please note that it can take up to an additional 10 business days for a personal check to be approved.
SHORTAGE, ERROR and DAMAGE CLAIMS: All products are sold F.O.B. origination. Mantis’s responsibility for delivery of goods ends when the merchandise leaves our distribution center. In case of shortage, error or damage claims, notify the delivery agent immediately. The delivery agent should inspect the goods, file a claim and return the damaged goods to Mantis’s facility. Additionally, notify our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: Mantis warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to function as designed and advertised. A one-year limited warranty comes with all products, unless stated otherwise. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded.
RETURNED GOODS: Merchandise may not be returned without obtaining a return authorization number (RMA) from Mantis’s Customer Service Department. Please contact us via the website for information

When A Return Is Authorized:
• Return authorization number (RMA) must appear on all documentation
• Transportation charges must be pre-paid
• Date of purchase
• Mantis’s invoice and order number
• Customer’s original order number
All merchandise accepted for return will be issued credit value based on the original purchase price. All non-defective returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any product that must be reworked and/or repackaged is subject to additional charges. For unauthorized items, the customer will be liable for delivery, storage and return freight charges.
TIME OF DELIVERY: Orders will be delivered within a reasonable promptness. Mantis shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delay in filling orders due to fire, strikes, differences with workmen, government regulations, accidents, delays by common carriers, acts of God or any causes beyond our control.
GENERAL: These terms and conditions supercede any and all previous terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mantis. All terms, discounts, policies, specifications, package codes, descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS.
Mantis has adopted this MAP Policy applicable to all Mantis customers with respect to the customers’ advertising over the Internet of products supplied by Mantis.
1. Each Mantis customer remains free to establish its own resale prices. However, a customer may not (a) advertise or otherwise promote Mantis products over the Internet at a net price (final price paid net of any discounts, coupons, promotions) that is less than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by Mantis or (b) sell Mantis product to any other person who advertises or otherwise promotes Mantis products over the Internet at a net price less than the MAP established by Mantis.

2. If a customer violates this MAP policy, Mantis will request the customer to cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of MAP policy. Failure to comply with our requests will result in Mantis ceasing to accept from and/or ship orders for said customer.
3. In executing this policy, Mantis will act at all times unilaterally, and will neither solicit, consider nor agree to any recommendation, request or demand of any other person. All matters of interpretation and application of the terms of this policy and all matters concerning enforcement of this policy shall remain with the sole, unilateral authority of Mantis.
SALES CHANNELS: Resellers are prohibited from selling through aggregated online channels including Amazon, eBay, Sears, Walmart, Jet, etc.. Resellers may sell on their own website. Any online paid search advertising cannot target branded terms (including, but not limited to terms such as "MantisX" , "Mantis training", "Mantis tech", etc.). This policy is designed to maintain equal selling ground for all resellers, while protecting pricing and branding.
