• Train with Your Everyday Setup: This course emphasizes realism, encouraging shooters to use their actual concealed carry firearm, holster, magazine, and concealment garment.

• Required Equipment: A holster, extra magazine, and a concealment garment are essential for the course. Dummy rounds and TRT inserts are optional but can enhance the training experience.

• Skills Focused: Sharpen your ability to draw from concealment, shoot with one hand, reload efficiently, engage targets from retention, and make decisions under pressure through cognitive drills.

• High Repetition Training: With over 210 holster draws required to complete the course, you’ll build muscle memory and consistency while maintaining speed and accuracy.

• Professional Standards: The Concealed Courses increase in difficulty at each level, helping shooters work towards elite standards, such as achieving a 1.5-second draw to first shot. Hostage Rescue drills also hold users to higher accuracy standards, making this a comprehensive concealed carry training tool.

Ammo Savings Stats: Now a Permanent Feature

For users looking to track their cost savings, Ammo Savings has now been made a permanent stat in the app. Accessible through the arsenal, this feature calculates the money you save using MantisX instead of live ammo.

• How It Works: Each firearm’s stats show the savings based on the average industry cost per round of range ammo.

• Default Values: If you haven’t selected a specific caliber, the app will use a default value for each gun type to calculate savings.

This feature not only shows the value of training with MantisX but also encourages users to continue refining their skills while being cost-conscious.

Enhanced Repeat and Shot Count Customization

The new update introduces greater flexibility for drills that include Repeats and Shot Count adjustments. Here’s what’s improved:

• Variable Strings of Fire: Repeats can now accommodate any number of shots. Drills no longer need a predefined Shot Count to transition to the next string, allowing for more dynamic training.

• Automatic Transition: If no shots are fired for 5 seconds, the app will display the Ready Position progress bar. Once it fills, the next repeat begins automatically.

• Seamless Continuation: If interrupted, the user will remain in the same repeat to ensure a smooth training session.

These enhancements provide a more organic training experience, catering to the individual needs and pace of each shooter.

Reload Drill Improvements

Reload drills are now more adaptable, giving shooters freedom to customize their training:

• Flexible Shot Counts: Users can fire any number of shots before or after a reload. The app moves on to the next reload automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity.
