Return Policy

For purchases made via MantisX.com or made by phone with a Mantisx.com representative:

The MantisX Shooting Performance Systems (X2, X3, X7, X8, and X10 Elite), Mantis Blackbeards, and Mantis Laser Academy kits purchased directly from Mantis comes with an unlimited 45-day money back guarantee minus any shipping fees. For purchases made between November 1 and December 15, there is an additional 30 days (to allow for top secret gift giving without regrets).  For questions, please contact us through our contact page, or call us at (630) 551-8171.

For all other products you have ​45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it based on the tracking information (in cases where tracking is not available, the order date will be used). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and RMA required. Please contact support@mantisx.com to request an RMA number.

Return shipping method and charges are at the customer's discretion. 

For all purchases made outside of MantisX.com (authorized Mantis dealers, Amazon.com, eBay.com, etc.):

Returns must be made to the seller and are subject to the return policy of the seller.
