We're growing quickly. We're hiring to grow even more quickly. Minimum Requirements for all jobs:
1) You must already own a MantisX and love it. You've seen the future and you want to be a part of realizing that potential.
2) You must shoot a 10-shot average above 90.0 using MantisX. We eat our own dog food.
3) You must be ferociously and independently capable to do whatever needs to be done. We are small and agile, not a cushy corporate gig where you cash a check while hoping for that elusive fulfillment. We don't work stupid hours - we work smart, balancing life with passion.
Some Opportunities:
Software Development: You love building software that helps real people, solves real problems, and pushes the limits of what the world views as possible. That's what we do, be it on a mobile or web platform.
Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical): You love designing for manufacturing and assembly, starting with rapid prototyping and taking a product to market with revision based on customer feedback. You understand the business impact of your design decisions, and you love pushing the envelope of what can be developed.
Design: You view design as a means to help the person on the other end understand how to get where they want to go. It's a means to communicate clearly, empathetically, and boldly. Your design ethos has a strong human element in it. You are flexible with creating concepts that vary significantly, while still getting to the same destination. Our design needs are focused on app, web, print, and packaging.
Marketing: Your purpose is not to sell product. Your purpose is to help someone get a job done. Roles available from the strategic to the tactical.
Customer and Sales Support: You are passionate about helping any inquirer find the answer to their question, get the product that helps them, and resolving concerns if there are any issues. You are equally proficient at talking and typing. Human interaction recharges you.
Local Independents: We have a few independent reps that pound the weekend pavement at gun shows, demoing and selling Mantis in their local area. We'd like more, if it's the right fit.
Production/Assembly: You love building stuff that people love. We build everything we sell. If you're local to Chicagoland and like building widgets, this is the place.
